The XXI Convocation will be held tentatively in the month of July, 2023 taking necessary precautions against COVID(if necessary).

READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING

• All regular Post-Graduate candidates i.e., M.A., M.Com, M.Sc., M.B.A, M. Tech, L.L.M, M. Pharm, M.C.A, M. Ed, M. P. Ed, P.G.D.C.A and M. L. I. Sc who passed out in the years 2021,2022 and 2023 are only eligible to apply for Convocation either in person or in absentia (if the number of applicants in person are more than the seats available in the Auditorium, the number of candidates to be allowed in person will be reviewed at a later date).
• However, all M.Phil and Ph.D candidates who received notifications upto 05-06-2023 are eligible to apply for convocation in person.
• All the candidates who passed out before 2020 can also apply by paying the prescribed fee in absentia only.
• All undergraduate students (both regular and Distance mode) of B. A, B. Sc., B. Com, B.B.M, B.B.A, B. C. A , B. Ed., B. P. Ed, B. Pharm, B.Tech, B.L.I.Sc and L.L.B shall apply for Convocation in absentia only. All candidates (UG or PG courses) who studied under distance mode are eligible for Convocation in absentia only.

The last date to apply for XXI Convocation is 05-06-2023.
